Natural and Involuntary Meditation

Meditation needs to happen. Most of the people only do the effort of concentration and land up with pre meditative efforts. That is the reason why, all people cannot sit for sometime and meditate. Even if they do it, they do it for 30 minutes, one hour maximum. But hours together they cannot sit. It is because meditation does not happen with them. They try to do with their efforts.
All souls are blessed to have this “meditation to happen automatically” but some only will pay attention to it and go forward with it.
NATURE is the teacher for all living beings including animals, plants etc. It is the nature that connects souls to others for their survival. All people that is how, they fall and learn out of situations and those situations are Nature created ones. Some learn by situations and some keep doing the same and keep falling.

Anyways, anyone can seek the help of NATURE in any aspect of life, not just spirituality. Anyone can seek the help of nature in terms of any problems you have. Spirituality is just one aspect of it and if you want MEDITATION to happen with you, you can seek the help of Nature.
Nature is not just those plants, mountains, landscapes you see around. Nature is five elements, mind, intellect and many other features of soul. To start, one can pray to five elements and Sun. Five elements are not just external, they are also internal. Then, you will see the guidance of NATURE happening with you. Spirituality is something that has to be known from within, it is not learning by reading books, blogs and watching online videos. This is a formula. You apply the formula and you will see the results and those results you will only enjoy by soul.
You can pray to the five elements as follows
  1. You can say, Om Lam Namaha - Earth Element Matnra
  2. Om Vam Namaha - Water
  3. Om Ramm Namaha - Fire
  4. Om Yamm Namaha - Air
  5. Om Hamm Namaha - Space
  6. Om Prakriti Namaha ( Nature)
You can chant these mantras all time (even in bathroom you can chant). Chanting does not mean loudly. You can chant silently in your mind while walking, travelling, driving etc.

The more you chant, the more you will invoke the energies of Nature. The first symptom that it is working for you is, the moment, you think of one mantra, you will see that element outside. Second thing that you can observe is that “in your sleep, you feel like neither sleep nor awake feeling”. You watch yourself. You will see some story happening in the background.
If you sit in meditation and chant these mantras, you will feel that some energy is around you and then you will get lot of yawns and that is the first sign and later, you will unknowingly will slip into meditation. You feel some story running behind you without your effort. You may feel sleepy (if so you can sleep by chanting those mantras).
This is how the MEDITATION WILL START HAPPENING WITH YOU effortlessly. Later many things can happen not just in meditation but also in real life.
